If your answer is "Yes", then you're in the right place. At ESCS, we provide opportunities for talented martial artists and combat sports specialists to build a sustainable career while pursuing their passion.

Our esteemed instructors and coaches are deployed in partner schools and colleges across Jharkhand through an incentive-based model. Depending on the time they invest in providing training, instructors can earn anywhere between ₹10,000 to ₹50,000+ per month. With a vast and largely untapped market in the state, this model not only offers strong earning potential and recognition but also plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of champions from Jharkhand.

Minimum Eligibility:

• Must have district or state-level participation or awards in any of the following sports: Taekwondo, Boxing, Wrestling, Kickboxing, or MMA. 

• For Taekwondo instructors, a black belt certification from World Taekwondo (WT) is mandatory.

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
